We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic information about how the website is used:

2027 Preview Tour list: first name, surname, email address, country (optional), and whether you would like occasional vineyard and wine updates.
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type and your message.
Private visit enquiries: name, email address, WhatsApp number, who is enquiring, preferred date, approximate arrival window, number of guests, driver or guide name, guest interests and any message.
Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
Website usage: information such as pages visited and the type of device used, collected through Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange any visit you ask about.
To email you when 2027 Preview Tour dates are confirmed, if you joined the list.
To send occasional vineyard and wine updates — only if you ticked the box asking for them.
To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We will not add you to general marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell your information.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent for the Preview Tour list and optional updates, which you can withdraw at any time. We handle enquiries because you have asked us to take steps, such as replying or arranging a visit, and because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any visit that follows. We keep Preview Tour list and update details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy of it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@irishwineestates.com to make a request.
